X-Oven.2- Charcoal Oven
X-Oven.2 with two grill drawers is the ideal solution to combine the versatility of the X-Oven.3 with the ease of use of the X-Oven.1.X-Oven.2 adopts a grill drawer with 15 cm of available height in the position closer to the brazier tray, offering the possibility to the chef to place the grill or more grills, at three alternative heights. Additionally, on the upper level, it hosts a grill drawer with 10 cm of available height.
X-Oven.2 is the solution for chefs that want to combine the different heat intensity between grill drawers suitable to customize cooking techniques with an internal service temperature sufficiently homogenous to optimize production capacity.

X-Oven.3 - Charcoal Oven
X-Oven.3 is a versatile product that thanks to its innovative design, offers the chef multiple cooking options.
X-Oven.3 takes full advantage of its vertical height. The three grill drawers are set at different levels, allowing to exploit lower or higher temperatures, ranging from 200 to 350°C. Suitable both for express preparations or lengthy and less aggressive cooking.
X-Oven.3 helps the chef to manage intese workload with speed, versatility and, above all, quality. During preparation the organoleptic properties of the aliments don’t get altered. The flavours and aromas are enhanced, ensuring a healthy, light and impeccable result.

Burger Machine
Burger Machine, the “custom” for grilling gourmet hamburgers
The latest innovation of the X-Oven range is the Burger Machine, a charcoal oven with built-in fry top designed to exalt the qualities of gourmet hamburgers.
The new Burger Machine delivers perfect cooking in terms of intensifying the flavour of the meat, retaining its organoleptic properties, speed, convenience, safety and wholesomeness. The valuable raw material is fully respected and enhanced while saving time, space and energy. The machine is based on the concept of charcoal-cooking in a closed chamber and exploits the heat generated inside the chamber, both to cook the foods placed on the grill drawers and to heat the fry top plate on top of the cooking chamber. This way the whole cooking process is dealt with just a single equipment. The Burger Machine, designed to meet the needs of the restaurants specialised in hamburgers, is also suited for all charcoal cooking not involving large pieces.
Charcoal
X-Oven Canutillo charcoal is made using Marabu wood and is recommended to guarantee the right amount heat without generating excessive amounts of solid residues, while minimizing spark and smoke production.
It gives foods a delicate flavor, making it suitable for all types of preparations.
X-Oven Canutillo charcoal generates stable heat with no excessive peaks during warming or drops during cooking.
The choice of charcoal is important to obtain the stated performance and to guarantee good operation and service.
Customers may use any charcoal they wish, though they must be aware that the charcoal can have a significant impact on performance.
Igniters
X-Oven ecological odor-free igniters are corn cobs soaked in paraffin. This 100% natural product guarantees easy lighting and ideal flame persistence for correct and efficient lighting.
X-Oven ecological odor-free igniters are packaged in one carton, with 16 packages of 20 pieces each, for a total of 320 pieces.
X-Oven ecological odor-free igniters are used for lighting inside the brazier, in the same atmosphere as the cooking chamber. The use of odorless and ecological igniters prevents contamination of the cooking environment, and ensures that brazier residue can be disposed of as organic waste.
